Why is B3 selling @ 1satoshi on coinexchange.io

There is a difference between B3 and KB3.

B3 selling at 1 Sat should be the equivilent of Kb3 selling at 1000 sats at CM. KB3 is undervalued, shoudlnt't be saying this but huge arbitrage opportunity.
