Eventually i found that there are no opencl 2 driver installed on my system. I downloaded a gpu tester and it throws an error that there is no device with opencl 2.0 support. I reinstalled windows. Used DDU to uninstall previous drivers and reinstall clean drivers but no luck. Any help?
