yeah, me too... when I saw NOBL last 2014 (forgot the month) and its water project, I was bitten by the NOBL bug and became a NOBL believer... 
It's at 12 Sat now and the momentum is 'gradually' increasing which is a really good indication of investment buys and not a short term pump.
I would consider it's investment status changed from Hold to Strong Buy.
