maybe in the near future, as far as I know only online casino accepts bitcoin. Like in Las Vegas, there's a lot of casino in that place but they only accepts bitcoin for hotel payments and you still need cash if you decide to play in the casino. But who knows, maybe in the future they will already accept bitcoin for casino gaming since they already adopt bitcoin in  Las Vegas.
