When NEO is on sale, ICO that time doesn't actually hit on Cap amount that we are seeing nowadays which we will frequently see in Millions. NEO just raised like 500K
Waves raised like 16M.

For coins to x1000, they would realy need to start at low marketcap.
Look, for coins that has 500K marketcap. An 1000x jump would result the coin to have a marketcap of
