This is the problem with having a model where you have to accumulate satoshis, by the time you reach the number, in this case 300,000, the faucet owner is facing a bill they cannot possibly pay, especially with the price fluctuations during the time it takes the user to hit the target.

Maybe an email to the 'abuse@....' address of the domain is in order.
