I have the same issue (for the second time)

2 days ago I cancelled the order and 2-3 hours later the coins were back. Yesterday I cancelled but I still don't see the coins. I have raised ticket but no response yet.
I have also asked what to do next if that happens again, i.e. leaving the order on pending or cancel.

Will update once I have feedback.
