I would suggest not. The rising in this week seems are pump for short profit. Wait after weeks 2 this month, i believes most coins will raising and people starting to buying it more.
I agree, that after weeks 2 for this month the value or price is started to increase, so now is the time to wait when the price started going up you can buy and hold it for a long term. And that's my opinion, however, ( for the op ) the decision is in your hand, so much better you do some research before you do the things for what you want to do.
