Where are you getting such information? Maximum Supply: 27.2 million, and the current Total Supply is around 1.8 million only. There's still very long time for Vivo to reach max. Also, whenever a coin reaches max, think of a scenario what happens when Gold/Diamond is no more in the world and its stuck with only few people around, any scarcity makes the price shoot to moon.
