You should check website again. Token sale will end on March 1st or earlier (if all tokens are sold earlier). If on March 1st there will be unsold tokens - they will be burned. Exchange question is good, but exchanges have NDA (non disclosure agreement) and to avoid legal issues team will not tell anything about exchanges now. They are under NDA whether you like it or not. If some projects announce exchanges during the token sale - it's their choice, but it means that they are breaking NDA.
