I think that NEO is also doing good because it has ethereum's features but normal programming languages as well as a specific country's support for their product and a good dev team. Yet surely NEO is not doing as good as other coins nowadays. I think NEO mooning is still somewhere in the future and it might be a good coin for a long-term investment strategy. As ethereum is having more and more problems, NEO might attract the old eth fans, since it's a lot safer. I hope NEO will manage to get in the top again, it truly is a great coin and platform.
