Hi there guys... Ive been wondering if its a good idea to mine with my notebook, a 3 years old toshiba satellite with a intel i7-4700MQ and a NVIDIA GeForce 740M... Consider that in the place where I live I would not pay this little energy Id consume and that I dont use that much this computer... what do you think or suggest?
It is not worth mining with. If you have a laptop that's powerful enough to mine even somewhat effectively, and it's one that you wouldn't mind damaging as you run it 24/7 with a laptop cooling system, then you may as well sell it. (The proceeds could then be put towards an actual mining system and/or directly exchanged for coins.)
