After the promotions they have increased the minimum withdrawal value to 0.05 btc, this is a huge value and for those who have invested little, they will not have 0.05 btc to withdraw their coin even if they spend years, that is, they can only offer their coins for hashflare.
This Bullshit is posted everywere around. But if people would take their time to read the FAQ's they would find this:
"... we can confirm that users will still be able to make a withdrawal in case if their balance will be lower than the minimum withdrawal amount by the time when their contract expires."(

Besides they made clear that the 0.05 is temporary due to the Blockchain problems and that high fee for BTC transactions. So this has nothing to do with their promotions.
