Sucessful or not is never about the price, it is about adoption.

Regarding the price, if you do not live under a rock, the price cannot go up if people only dump their free-coins.
If there are exchanges you will see how "unsucessful" this is.

600-700TH/s is not a joke ... people invest 50-60USD per coin into this - so nobody will see mined coins for less than 200+ (unless stupid or badly in need of money).
So let the freecoin dump be over and then we are talking ...
