I first want to say, I love FUN and I think they have a great team and a great product. They seem to be doing things right the first time.

That being said, I have attempted to email them twice (first time over a week ago) I have had no responses. (Not even, We are overloaded with emails) Has anyone else attempted to email them and have had the same issues.

It is probably growing pains, but I would feel better if that could be verified.
