Advisor : Bittrex founder, but not listed on bittrex
As you said he is just an advisor. It's not guaranteed to be listed on Bittrex just because of him.
If Storm comply with the regulations, why not though.
The guy you talking about is not only an advisor that works with Bittrex. This dude is the freaking co founder of Bittrex. So with other words he is one of the bosses of Bittrex. If the team is good with him, make a decent deal with him, there is a good chance storm ending up in Bittrex.
The problem is, you don't know when this will be done or if there are any talks going on with Bittrex about listing storm there.
Also I didn't see any publications from the team talking about if there are any negotiations with other exchanges.
