It's about supply and demand. There are more COSS units to be sold on COSS own exchange (and slightly faster and more liquid).
If I want to make a few more cents, I would move my COSS over to ED or HBTC
Also some are selling their COSS weekly distribution that they get from the COSS exchange. Now it's 50 cents, so more $
