Is it possible to convert Dividend Tokens back to Utility Token?

A few pages back I read that the relation is 85% D-Token vs 15% U-Token.
And on top the amount of token is multiplied by 2, because the team/supporter get the same amout. I hope I understood it correctly.

But that also means, that the dividend is divided by a really huge amout of D-Token -> less payout per D-Token

Why didn't you convert the Tokens for the team the opposite?
for every D-Token the teams gets a U-token and reverse? That would lead to a 50:50 ratio and would be much better in my opinion.
