do we know how long that it will be delayed? And any update about the patent? Also about the company registration, has it gone through? Its midweek into the new year

If we register as a non-profit (this is not profit right similar to ethereum?) It could take up to a year...Does that mean the testnet and new technology could be delayed until 2019?
