My guess is that, people are silently accumulating the coin, while it is cheap.
And one day, all those who will have large holding, will group together, and announce community takeover.
I know nothing about this coin. Just making a wild guess.

Anyways, Those who bought very cheap, have nothing to loose. So hold tight, wait and watch.
