I also am hearing complaints about Bittrex that are similar.

None really i quit long ago all this crap.. what is there to trade ? ICO coins which are all scammy ?

I have prob about 30 every time i check my inbox.
It's a greedy sketchy scene where every exchange ends up hacked and exit scammed eventually.
And of course you need your picture ID.
Not happening..
BTCe was the only other one i used still around.
