What I am waiting for right now is for Lightening network to become effective. If that can happen, there is every possibility that we may even see $40000 before the end of 2018 and that should be an healthy one as bitcoin becomes more useful as a currency with a lightening speed for transactions and low fees coupled with the level it has gotten to already.
