I'm not sue but the word goes around that you had to have storm before december the 7th. So yeah most people except ICO participants didn't buy this on token sale, I guess. So most likely you are not eligible for the air drop.

I see many people also asking this in the chat groups. Why is the team not posting something clear about this air drop. That would stop all the people asking this again and again.
