Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented sudden demand for COLX that they weren't geared up and ready for, as they are a relatively small exchange, the massive influx of traffic and new members blew their systems apart as they simply weren't geared up for it. From the last messages posted by their admin they said; Don't worry, ALL COINS ARE SAFE, and that they are migrating to a much more robust environment that can cope with the new, far higher, volumes of traffic and normal service will be resumed again as quickly as physically possible...

So please bear with them and they will get the website back up and running again as soon as they possible can...
