I have translated an ICO Announcement to Persian, and I tried to open a new thread in "other languages/locals" sub-forum to put my translation there but it is not possible to open a new thread in that sub-forum.
As far as we don't have any Persian sub-forum in Bigcointalk, in which section/sub-forum can I open a thread in Persian language.
You can't post it. If a language doesn't have it's own dedicated Local sub board then it's not permitted to post ICO translations. Please see the sticky here:
