Well first don't go fiat through CoinBase. If you check the CoinBase subreddit, you will see that hundreds of people have been waiting for 1+ month to receive their money ($5K-$50K) and Coinbase DOES NOT provide any support whatsoever, unreachable by phone, unresponsive on reddit/over email etc. I wouldn't feel so good if i had $30,000 in the nature with no way to track it.

I think they are better options like Gemini in the US but any exchange gives US residents a very hard time.
