It's not how high the price of Ignis will reach that concern me but more if I will get it . Because at the first situation I still have two options!
Option 1. keep the Ignis till it will raise again
Option 2. Sell Ignis even if the price is low and with the profit investing in an other coin which has more potential and make more profit in short time
The last situation (not receiving Ignis) give me nothing but lose!
