Coin looks dead but the price chart found support and looks like its going up. If this coin can carry on without a dev, makes me wonder how good it could be with an active one. Perhaps when the dev has gone through all the money from the ICO, they will be back 
I wouldn't buy any but anyone that likes playing the games could get some coins, knowing they probably won't make much but there's a chance this coin could be revived one day.

I've said it over and over again... you get a dev to use it as in game currency for some trading item game or lootbox gatcha and it'll be worth something. HOWEVER, I could only buy a handfull at around 6 (like a dollar or two's worth) and that is simply not enough for me to try and promote it... I don't have enough time to work on bounties for my sig project, and that pays good money. And I feel that, currently, 10 sat is over-priced!
Shame, but without some REALLY dedicate people doing emails, etc., then PLACO isn't going to be worth it in the end.
