Short RAM check reports no errors.  I usually run a long RAM check about once every six weeks or so.  Never have found any errors.  I am clocking the RAMs slower than vendor max spec.  Last post (before this one) had full section of debug log, from Bitcoin-QT restart until panic shutdown due to corrupt database.
