I vouched for this method it's working for me, it just take a while as Adobe said to wait atleast 24 hrs but on mine much earlier.
Price is also acceptable as OP said you can sell account for higher price, actually possible unlimited earnings.
This kind a techcie instructions but because of many screenshot he provided on the method and good explanation you can still follow.

Note: Still buy at your own risk as we don't know if this method will last for long but I will post here again, if someone ask if it's still working. I keep my eye on this thread.
