Like the other tokes/coins, we will be able to liquidate the XBL too, right.? Or is there any rule as that it can be only used for the  games developed through this.?

Also, I heard that each investor can contribute 20 XBL to the burn. It isn't a must thing to do, right.?

Furthermore, what is a raffle.?
