I agree with you. But here's a tip. Set a limit when you gamble, for example you will set 3 limits, if you reached one of those limit then STOP gambling for that day.
You dont need any limit to tell you to stop gambling, you need yourself to be able to snap out of the gambling habit. Start by playing for fun, if you do this few times with a small amount then you wont be addicted in the end. That also means you are going to be able to stop anytime you want because you are playing it not for profit
Besides gambling is made for fun, what we really need is to have self control and know our priorities, its good to play without worries, i mean playing when you have extra money and to enjoy when we won.
