I will pay tax. It is use by the government for infrastracture and facilities, but I think half of what I earn is too much. It can be 20% of it will be taxed 
20% is somewhat tolerable, as long as everyone is paying their taxes and there is no indirect taxation. But here in India, the situation is quite different. Only 1.5% of the population pays their taxes, and the income tax level is 31%. On top of that we have indirect taxes in the form of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and excise duty.
