My experience is similar, and now have to bring accusations for it :

 I have made an account on TradeSatoshi ,deposited some BTC, made some transactions and after a few days i try to login and even though my password was the same,verified and tested many times it said invalid password.

Afterwards i reset pass........10 TIMES !

None of them worked. Now after many hours after i sent them an e-mail i see no change nor a reply.


I will make a dedicated thread for this, if it is not solved today.
