If by TRX you mean TRON token, well I looked at their website .. since you only want to have a human exchange then I think best way is to join their online communities (you can find them here: https://tron.network/en.html ) and start asking if someone in your region is willing to sell his/her tokens personally .. just make sure to choose a public place for the meeting for your own safety. Another option is ti place an Ad on craigslist. But again remember safety first
