6 days ago (30th Dec) I deposited 40,000 of a token into Livecoin. After some hours it was not arriving so I sent a support ticket. It was answered 3 days later, saying it had been passed to the technical team. Until now, still nothing.

I deposited 6,000 of this same token to the same address on the 15th Dec where it arrived almost instantly, sold it, and withdrew the funds without any problems. I'd like to know what is going on? I've never had this situation in all my time in cryptos. The wallet hasn't been down for maintenance, either.
