Support is not answering my tickets and mails. Support Chat is not working. In trade Chat nobody has any clue.
Is there any way someone will resolve my issue in decent time? It's been more than 20 hours with my ETH withdrawing from you in some "verifying" state. I'm trying to do a trade but can't, so now I missed some good opportunities because of EXMO system.

Hoped to move more funds to your platform but now not sure as 3.28 ETH withdrawal seems to be a problem for EXMO. Up till now it was all great and decent platform. Hope this is not a scam. Could you help?
