Only government interference can kill ico, once government decide to regulate ico, projects without good intention will not make it. But it think the time has not yet come. I see many scam ico this year because some scammer are just aware how much money they can make doing ico.
Dunno if the government can do anything at this time... and with the net neutrality is a matter of time until something changes.....
