Can you add SpectroCoin in the list of exchanges on dash.org? https://www.dash.org/exchanges/
It is not the biggest service, but they are EU based with 600k+ users. They also support few other crypto (BTC, ETH, XEM,...) and FIAT (EUR, USD, PLN etc.)
My verification took them just one day (in these days) and they also provide Card service - both virtual and plastic cards
