Many experts suggest HODLing BTC or crypto for the long term is a smart move! Don't panic.. Just HODL!
Is not really a question of panicking during the crashes, is just a question of optimising the risk vs profit. You can put 1000 in bitcoin and get 100% in six month plus some scary dips or you can put it on a good ICO and get it on a week.
