my updatet wallet became crazy the last few minutes. every 6 minutes I get a 88k reward and then it disappears again. and so on and on..

Are you in SOLO?If so, it's likely that the wallet has already been fork, and you should delete the block information to update.
Just staking in wallet. What are you suggesting? I close down the wallet. Delete all the data and restart the wallet to resync? Is there a new snapshot? Resyncing will take forever.
