The idea is to make a real and usable cryptocurrency at Venezuela. Each Venezuelan has the right to buy in every world place, with the current government and exchange control they can't do it.

With Locha they would buy without exchange control. Sadly the Venezuela government killed the Bolivar in Venezuela.
