how can i increase the fee ? the transaction is already gone and i cannot modify the fee right ?

edit : I don't see the transaction https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin/tx/f6bdc473d719240703af07c39d20e3b837d87b0c0f8b34ae06b1265336a23a9d in my wallet anymore but i did not get my BTC back in it.
wtf ?
i'm lost with all of that ! i earn those bitcoins years ago
