I can explain with an example your question.

If end of the year profit is $10000 you will get $8000. If profit $10500 normally you should get $7875. but you will get $8400.

BETWEEN 50% TO 100%    ---> 20%                                        $8000                                     $2000

BETWEEN 100% TO 200%  ---> 25%                                        $15000                                   $5000
