What additional tokens is this? Is it the KICK emission bonus for holding KICK tokens every month? If yes looks like I did not receive yet in my MEW wallet Im holding some kick tokens at the moment.

Yes I can. I Bought 270000 KICK on EXMO in november. The bonus doesn't work on it. I withdrawled my tokens to MEW on dec 29, and I had my bonus tokens (dec 31) on it.
How to get bonus from KICK after 18th December? You have to know KICK system always snapshot total coins in wallet of user in mid month to create bonus for KICK token holders, then, it will paid for those holders still hold their coin in that time, so, if you withdraw to MEW on December 29th, you can't get any amount from bonus, it seems you have mistake.
