Here's how I value each:

Bitcoin: Mtgox price and/or BitcoinWatch top market price.

RSGP: $0.67 per million.

For the lazy, simply take the amount of Bitcoin you're willing to spend, multiply it by the current rate, and then divide by 0.65 to see how many million coins I'll trade for your BTC.
