If the 'Funding' page indicates the deposit has been successfully received but you don't see those funds reflected in your Ledger or your account balance, please wait 12 - 24 hours. If the deposit has not been added to your Ledger after 24 hours, please reply back here and let us know.

Additional to that we also have a minor backlog with withdrawals currently and if you cancel the withdrawal it may take up to 12 hours to credit back in to your account as well
