I can't even get them to cancel my transfers so I can get the money back in my account to buy btc.
Every support call/ticket is met with the same canned response that never addresses any of my questions or concerns.
I had great faith in them after the way they handled the hacking incident several years ago and they returned all my bitcoin, but seems like now they are unable to deal with their current struggles.
