Same story for me :

- They cancelled the ETH Transaction after 48 Hours
- They make big warning that ETH can take up to 4 weeks
- Forcing me to convert all my ETH to BTC so I can withdraw from BTC "without warning"
- To finally request BTC Withdraw more than 2 hours ago that is still ..... not processed

When I first request my ETH I was supposed to get 32,000 USD
Now I have BTC worth 30,525 USD

And if BTC go down, I'm screwed even more.... thanks HitBTC !
