No, this is not how it works. You make a claim, so the burden of proof is on your shoulders. If you claim the project is extremely promising and has a bright future you must back up your claims with facts and you cannot shift the burden on others to DYOR.

So, do you have evidence or do you intend on sticking with your baseless vague claims?

I think that these are real claims. And I, too, of the same opinion, that before you agitate and advise a project, you must first provide evidence of good prospects in the future. Because otherwise it's all empty words.
